Building Africa - new exhibition in Accra

The Building Africa Exhibition Accra opens on 3 November.

The exhibition tells stories about buildings and politics in Ghana. It asks, how does architecture shape the country’s institutions and community identities?

It’s been designed by Ghanaian architects, Augustine Owusu-Ansah and Lois Naa Kwaale Quartey, and curated by Julia Gallagher and Kuukuwa Manful from the ASA project at SOAS.

The exhibition is on at the Koala Supermarket carpark in Oxford Street, Osu, Accra from 3 to 10 November.

It’s free and open to everyone.
